This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the mountains from the bed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tram and funicular, as well as being close to nature. The staff were very kind and attentive, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Vysoke Tatry. the location was absolutely perfect. Situated close to the nature and near the station, it was easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. The hotel is conveniently located close to the funicular, making it convenient for trips up the mountain. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and their service was top-notch throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were simply stunning, with amazing views of High Tatras. I loved waking up to the mountain view from my bed and having a balcony to enjoy the fresh air.

My recent stay at Zampa was fantastic. The location was perfect, with plenty of amenities nearby. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also loved the beautiful and clean bathrooms. The breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. I was also impressed by the inclusion of ski rental and the discount at the attached restaurant. I had a memorable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Zampa to others.

The place was well located close to nature and within reach of the station and funicular. the rooms were very comfortable with some having a breathtaking view from the balcony. Rooms were clean and decorated nicely. the service from the lovely hostess was exceptional and she provided very useful information about the area and its activities. the breakfast exceeded everyone's expectations with a variety of options served to your table that were freshly made.

Although parking was available, it was limited and difficult to find during peak hours.

The amazing staff at this mountain hotel was one of the best aspects of our stay. They were not only friendly and welcoming, but they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were impressed with the delicious food served at the restaurant and the fact that the hotel was located close to great hiking trails. the room we had was spacious and well-appointed.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was that we experienced some difficulties with the electronic keycard, which didn't always work at the room door. we couldn't find any staff around when we needed assistance.

We recently had a romantic escape and everything was amazing. the view from our spacious balcony was breathtaking and the location was perfect for a romantic getaway. We also loved the fact that breakfast was included and we had a lot of options to choose from, including delicious pastries and fruit.

That the bathroom amenities were not provided. We had to bring our own shampoo and body soap, which was a bit inconvenient.
